What it is
Tanka’s Group Co-memory prevents this. For each project, you create a dedicated co-memory. You upload the “Project Eagle” brand guidelines to its group chat’s co-memory and the “Project Shark” guidelines to its own. Now, when the designer asks the same question in the “Project Shark” chat, the AI’s answer is drawn exclusively from the correct document. The result is accurate, hyper-relevant assistance that empowers your team and eliminates costly mistakes.
How to Use
-
Navigate to the “Chat” tab, and select any group chat where you want to add the co-memory.
-
Click on the AI Assistant icon. For computer users, it is on the top right corner; for mobile users, you need to click on “[Group Name]” and then AI Assistant.
-
Select “Add Info to Co-memory”. You can add files, images, links, memos, a team wiki, or Notion pages to the group’s co-memory. This co-memory will be shared by the AI Assistants of each group member.
