How to Manage Multiple Projects With Chat Folders

What it is

Tanka’s Chat Folders are designed to solve this exact problem. The project manager can now create three new folders: “Project Alpha,” “Project Beta,” and “Project Gamma.” They simply group the relevant DMs and group chats into each corresponding folder. Now, instead of one overwhelming list, they have a clean, tabbed view. With a single click on the “Project Alpha” folder, they see only the conversations relevant to that project, allowing them to stay focused, organized, and in control.

How to Use

  1. Navigate to the “Chat” tab.

  2. Click on the “+” on the top and select “New Folder”.

  3. Type in the folder’s name and the chats you want to put inside this folder.

  4. Select “Done” when you finish, and you will see the folder created next to the “All” sub tab below the “Memo” button and above all your chats.
