📢 WhatsApp Connection Update - Quick Fix Available

Tanka support team has noticed some users experiencing connection issues with WhatsApp, and we wanted to keep everyone in the loop.

What’s going on: WhatsApp recently updated their protocol, which has caused some compatibility issues. We’re actively working on updates and will release a permanent fix soon.

How to fix it right now: If you’re experiencing connection problems, try this quick workaround:

  1. Open your WhatsApp app

  2. Go to Settings → Linked Devices

  3. Remove the Tanka connection

  4. Go to Tanka and Re-link it to your WhatsApp

This should get you back up and running while we finalize the permanent solution.
