Tanka support team has noticed some users experiencing connection issues with WhatsApp, and we wanted to keep everyone in the loop.
What’s going on: WhatsApp recently updated their protocol, which has caused some compatibility issues. We’re actively working on updates and will release a permanent fix soon.
How to fix it right now: If you’re experiencing connection problems, try this quick workaround:

Open your WhatsApp app

Go to Settings → Linked Devices

Remove the Tanka connection

Go to Tanka and Re-link it to your WhatsApp
This should get you back up and running while we finalize the permanent solution.
