Tanka’s Tags & Members feature solves this. Now, owners and admins can bring powerful structure to their community. You can assign specific roles like “Community Manager” to delegate tasks and permissions. Plus, you can create a flexible tag system, even with sub-tags (e.g., “Tanka Team” > “Marketing Team”), to categorize every member. This transforms your chaotic list into a clearly organized, and easily managed community.
How to Use

Go to “Team Settings” → “Tags & Members”. Notice that only the team owner or admin can access this page

Click on “New Tag” to create a tag, and click users can use “Add Sub-tag” under the tag

Click “Edit” on each member to assign their roles and tags
